Recommend to the middle school head coach budgetary items for next year in the area of the program.

Be accountable to the middle school head coach for all equipment, collect the cost of any equipment lost or not returned, arrange for issuing, storing, and reconditioning of equipment, and submit annual inventory and records.

Provide training rules and any other regulations of the sport to each athlete who is considered a participant.

Provide proper safeguards for maintenance and protection of assigned equipment sites.
